Service Agreement Drafting
Based on our discussion, we draft a detailed service agreement that provides a clear breakdown of the services you will receive. This agreement is designed to align perfectly with your NDIS plan, ensuring a clear pathway to achieving your goals.

Agreement Approval
Once you review and sign the service agreement, we proceed to gather more detailed information about your requirements and preferences for the type of Support Worker (SW) you need. This step ensures that we understand your preferences in depth to provide a tailored service.

Starting Services
With the agreement in place, we then send out the SW to start providing the agreed-upon services. Throughout this phase, we stay in continuous contact to ensure everything is in compliance with the service agreement and that the service delivery is running smoothly.
