    What's an ABN? Why do I need it?
    An Australian Business Number is a unique 11-digit number that the government issues a company or contractor. As you’ll be working as an independent contractor for Serenity Supportcare, you’ll need an ABN.

    Below, are some important details that you must submit while registering yourself as a support worker on our platform:

    • Full name
    • A profile picture
      Address
    • Emergency Contact
      Work history
    • Education history
    • Financial details

    Below, are some important documents that you must submit while registering yourself as a support worker on our platform:

    • ABN
    • One primary ID
    • One secondary ID
    • Covid vaccine certificate
    • Covid-19 training

    • NDIS training certificate
    • (if you wish to serve the
    • NDIS clients)
    • Work with Children ID (if you wish to work with children under the age of 18)
    • National Police Check
    • Two reference checks
    • Certificates of your qualifications based on the service you wish to offer, such as personal care or nursing services
    Of course! You can offer domestic services which require no prior experience or training. If you wish you upgrade the services you offer, you may contact us and provide the relevant documents required for it.
