Support close to where you live.

01

At home and in your community

Most supports are delivered in person, at your home and in your local community.

02

Availability confirmed first

Availability varies by suburb and support type. We confirm what we can offer near you before anything is arranged.

03

Remote where suitable

Consultations, coordination discussions and service planning can be provided remotely where suitable.

How every service starts

The same clear process, whatever you need

Every support follows the same five steps, so you always know what happens next.

How it works in detail
  1. 01

    Initial support discussion

We discuss your support needs, daily routine, goals and expectations to work out how our services can assist you.

  2. 02

    Support planning and onboarding

If we are a good fit, we prepare your Service Agreement, provide the Participant Handbook and develop a structured support plan aligned with your NDIS funding and goals.

  3. 03

    Meet and greet, then start

We organise introductions with your support workers. Once you are comfortable with the team, we set your support schedule and commence services with regular coordination check-ins.

  4. 04

    Ongoing monitoring

We maintain regular contact with participants and support workers to make sure services remain consistent and responsive to your needs.

  5. 05

    Review and continuous improvement

We review your supports periodically to make sure services continue to align with your goals, and adjust supports where required.

Serenity Supportcare delivers NDIS supports across Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide. Browse the suburb list or contact our team to confirm availability for your suburb.

The suburbs listed are examples of where we work, not a complete list. Availability varies by suburb and support type, so tell us your suburb and the support you need and we will confirm what is available.

The service list is the same, but availability depends on the workers we have near you and the support you need. We confirm what we can offer in your suburb before anything is arranged.

No. NDIS price limits are set by the NDIA and are the same across Australia, apart from higher limits in remote and very remote areas. Price limits are higher for evenings, weekends and public holidays wherever you live.

Where a worker travels to you, or transports you as part of your support, travel time and kilometres can be claimed in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Any travel charges are agreed with you and written into your Service Agreement before support starts.

Yes, subject to worker availability in your area. NDIS price limits are higher at those times, so the same shift uses more of your funding. We set the rates out before you agree to anything.

Your NDIS plan moves with you. Tell us your new address and we will confirm availability there, introduce local workers if needed and update your Service Agreement.

Most supports are delivered in person, at your home and in your local community. Some conversations, such as planning and review meetings, can be held by phone or video where that suits you.

It depends on worker availability and the support you need. After the first conversation we review your plan, prepare your Service Agreement and arrange a meet and greet. Services start as soon as those steps are complete.

No. Serenity Supportcare is a Registered NDIS Provider, so we can support participants who are self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed. NDIA-managed participants can only use registered providers.
